    糖炒栗子与咖啡

         秋天随着阵阵桂花香而来的是香软甜糯的糖炒栗子。这是我的最爱,每次路过栗子摊总忍不住带回一些。以前贪心总挑个大的买,觉得肉多划算。几次失望后才发现又小又圆的那种才是上选。其实和一斤棉花一斤铁的道理一样,无论个头如何,重量总是不变的,何况个大壳也大,扔掉的部分多,其实亏的还是自己。真笨呐!
     
         栗子趁热最好剥,口感也最好。先在肚子上(扇形的直线部分)像吃汤包那样咬个小缺口,然后两手一捏,“咔嚓”一声外壳就开了。剥下外壳时大部分内衣也跟着落下,随着指尖两下轻搓,那圆润肉体的大部分即呈现在眼前。迫不及待的扔进嘴里,嗯~~~,软得粘牙,内心却还略有些烫口。

         时逢寒流来潮,气温骤降,发现顾得风度之余也再不能忽视温度。于是在阳光明媚,狂风大作的下午最想喝的是杯美式咖啡。当然要配上最爱的糖炒栗子啦。咖啡的苦涩与栗子的甜糯虽然不如Cheese蛋糕配合得那般默契,却也因中西合璧而别有一番风味。
     
         某个下午,在咖啡店员的白眼下自顾自的与一众死党剥着栗子放声八卦将是件多么美好的事啊!
